The prices are subject to change and are net in euros, plus statutory VAT, plus packaging and shipping costs. The minimum order value is 50 euros. In exceptional cases we deliver from 25 euros plus a 5 euro surcharge for small quantities.

Shipping is carriage forward from the Kirchseeon warehouse or manufacturer's warehouse, subject to a packaging charge of 2.5% of the value of the goods (at least EUR 2.50) and shipping costs based on the cost (at least EUR 8.00 to Germany), at least EUR 15.00 per package nationally (within the EU). Shipping is free for goods worth EUR 300.00 or more. The packaging used will not be taken back. The risk is transferred to the purchaser when the goods are dispatched.

Complaints will only be accepted within 7 days. We accept no liability for transport damage. The purchase is a commercial transaction for both parties. The buyer must therefore inspect the goods immediately after delivery by the seller, insofar as this is customary in the normal course of business, and if a defect is found, notify the seller immediately. If the buyer fails to notify, the goods are deemed to have been approved, unless the defect was not apparent during the inspection. If such a defect is found later, the notification must be made immediately after it is discovered; otherwise the goods are also deemed to have been approved with regard to this defect. To preserve the buyer's rights, it is sufficient to send the notification in good time. If the seller has fraudulently concealed the defect, he cannot invoke these regulations. Returns are only possible after prior agreement with us. Credits for returned goods are only available for goods in their original packaging upon presentation of the invoice, with a 20% processing fee deducted. Custom-made items and special orders cannot be returned.

For new customers, delivery is only possible against advance payment. For delivery on account, payment is due within 10 days with a 2% discount, or after 30 days net.
